Leader of the Near Universe jurisdiction of the Galaxy Alliance.
Often at odds with the Earth government, trying to secure funding to
continue the Explorer's mission. His requests often end up on
deaf ears, but he manages ways to help the Explorer when
possible. He knows that the Explorer is the most important tool
in finding new worlds to help ease Earth's burgeioning population. |
